the boston city council passed an ordinance adding gender identity & gender expression to its anti-discrimination law. this is a direct result of work done by the massachusetts transgender political coalition.

it is also pretty much the one shining light in a day that was otherwise filled with stress, bitterness & a general sense of being jaded.

i convinced sofles to see spirited away last night & it was truly amazing. i really want to see it again. my throat hurts. i just baked banana bread & i am now going to curl up with my cat & study for the gre.
