horrifying nightmares three out of four nights. last night my second-floor neighbors had a screaming argument around 1am -- for real, not a dream. shortly after that i had the recurring dream from my childhood, which i haven't had in many years, in which i cannot open my eyes. once i finally got my eyes open i kind of wished i hadn't. woke up with my heart pounding fiercely.

i would like to sleep peacefully again please.

ps. marissa, there was no late-night intake of potstickers leading to said nightmare.

Have you tried kava kava or sleepytime tea? I've found both to be good for night-stresses at various points.

last night i was really fidgety around bedtime, but was able to fall asleep by doing yoga breaths.

sweet dreams for you from now on, i hope.

You can't sleep because, apparently, I have been using up the entire eastern seaboard's sleep supply. No lie. I have that Norwalk virus, and I slept from 8 p.m. Sunday to 7 a.m Tuesday (except for the many, many times I got up to puke). Sorry about that.
