i have the cutest friends in the world. no, for reals.

sitting in new york in the nicest dorm room in the world eating clementines, listening to heavenly, giggling with jen. reading up on info for the anti-war rally tomorrow. really glad to be here for it but feeling pretty nervous at the same time. and not because of code fucking orange, either.

leave a comment if you can tell me what the strategic point of doing action with the goal of getting arrested is. i've been thinking about this a lot.

hey, good luck for the rally. i just got back from the auckland march, there were about 10,000 people and it was lots of fun. my favourite thing was a 4 year old sitting on his father's shoulders saying "george bush, we know you, daddy was a killer too". so cute. i caught up with my little sister and we helped carry a really, really long banner that listed all the countries the US has bombed since world war 2. anyway, i worry about you people in places where protests could turn violent, and i hope it goes well.
