i have a mysterious stomach illness which allows me to eat only small amounts of very bland foods such as rice or bread. UGH. i'm hungry & want to cook but will suffer the consequences if i eat regular foods.

i should never have started watching american idol. seriously i'm way too attached now. i have this sinking feeling that kim locke is about to get dumped in a few hours & it's not okay.

i have the same stomach illness. i recommend pretzels, stoned wheat thins, and room temperature applesauce. feel better soon!
