to do:
- find a therapist
- make a doctor appointment
- write letters
- write the fucking zine
- eat more green items
- practice drums before i forget everything riles taught me

to stop doing:
- feeling hyper-responsible for others' health/happiness/feelings/well-being
- getting fucked up by the disconnect between how i feel myself to look/act/be & how i actually am

this is one of those areas where you need to be selfish. you come first & aren't responsible for everyone else, they need to be responsible for themselves. this doesn't mean you don't care.
